Accredited Laboratories

OPTOKON operates accredited calibration and testing laboratories in compliance with ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025. We guarantee impartiality, confidentiality, and technical competence in all laboratory activities. Our laboratories support both internal production and external customer projects, delivering independent and reliable results. Regular training, audits, and improvements ensure that we maintain international recognition and provide testing services that meet strict professional requirements while strengthening customer trust.

State Quality Verification

In the defence sector, OPTOKON is committed to meeting strict reliability and compliance requirements. Through the State Quality Verification system and AQAP 2110 implementation, we ensure systematic configuration management, functional testing, and product reliability. These measures allow us to supply solutions that meet the demanding standards of military and mission-critical applications. Ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement strengthen our capability to provide robust and trusted products.

Compliance Programme

OPTOKON is dedicated to the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and integrity. As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, OPTOKON has established a Compliance Hotline that enables employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to confidentially report any concerns regarding unethical or unlawful conduct.

The identity of whistleblowers is strictly protected, and the company guarantees that no retaliatory action will ever be taken against those who raise concerns in good faith. All reports are investigated thoroughly, objectively, and within a reasonable timeframe. Where necessary, corrective actions are implemented to address the root cause and prevent recurrence.
