The main task is to support the sales department in domestic and international business activities. The technician works with confidential information which includes:

Job description:


Technical support for the sales department:

  • Providing technical support in the processing of offers and requests, searching for new business partners and consulting with customers.
     

Creation of technical documentation:

  • Preparation of datasheets, technical specifications, presentations and manuals.
  • Managing and updating demo samples in the meeting room.
     

Training and exhibitions:

  • Preparation and implementation of training for customers and partners, participation in exhibitions and presentations.
  • Contributing to the promotion of the company at various events.

Cooperation with the development department:

The technician works closely with the development department to create new products based on demand from the sales department. He is involved in testing new products and verifying their parameters before introducing them into production. Ensures the preparation of technical documentation and materials for customers.


Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical parameters in tenders.
  • Creating technical documentation for products.
  • Processing and forwarding requirements from the sales department to production and development.
