Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met in the required quality and within deadlines
• Lead, motivate, and organize a team of employees
• Oversee daily production processes and ensure smooth operation
• Work with technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications
• Maintain compliance with standards related to metallic cable production
• Communicate with technology suppliers and international customers when needed

Candidate Profile

• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Education

• Secondary education with a school-leaving examination
• Preferred field of study: Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Manufacturing

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant technical or production-related role

Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of cable technology
• Knowledge of standards for metallic cables
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a production team

Language Skills

• English at an active communicative level
  Suitable for communication with technology suppliers and foreign customers
