Job Description:
Production operator activities in Manufacturing module (ABRA Gen):
Receiving and starting work on a production order
- After entering a production order in the system, it is picked from the warehouse according to the BOM of specific products (e.g. LPCP, LMSW, IP Phone, etc.).
- The operator logs in to the order according to the assigned task - using a barcode or manually.
- It displays the process flow and the assigned operations for the product.
- Checks the availability of material and the readiness of the workstation.
Record the start and end of the operation
- Starts a time record (e.g. "LPCP assembly", "optical port testing", etc.).
- When the operation is complete, enters the number of pieces produced, including the rejects record.
- Records the result of the output check and any comments (e.g. deviations, feedback).
Tracking and depreciation of material consumption
- During production, the operator enters the actual material consumption according to the procedure and BOM.
- The material is depreciated from the warehouse for a given production order in accordance with the records (e.g. optical cable, connector, electronics).
- The aim is to ensure consistency between planned and actual consumption.
Moving between operations / production modules
- When the operation is complete, the operator moves the product between workstations or production modules
- He may also take over the work in progress from another operator or department and continue to complete it.
Entering information on non-conformities and waste
- The operator records rejects and their reasons - by selecting from preset templates (e.g. "defective component", "incorrect assembly", "test failure").
- This information is used for retrospective evaluation of quality and production efficiency.
Completion of assembly and stacking of the finished product
- After the product is completed and the final inspection is made by the operator:
- Final write-off of material to the specific finished product.
- Confirmation of the manufacturing operation as complete.
- Stacking the product in the finished goods warehouse where it is ready for shipment or further internal use.
We require:
- High school/university degree in electrical engineering or related technical field
- Experience in installation and testing of electrical equipment
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and schematics
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of modern tools and technologies in the field of electrical engineering an advantage
